Mike and Robin were absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly had my best interests at heart. This transaction involved multiple moving parts and a higher level of complexity than a typical purchase, and they handled everything with calm, clarity, and confidence. Mike was a steady, trusted guide throughout the process, thoughtful in his advice, and excellent at navigating negotiations and timing. Robin was equally fantastic: organized, proactive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Together, they made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and well-supported. I always felt informed, advocated for, and genuinely cared for as a client. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend Mike and Robin without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional real estate professionals.

Their long-term success in the region is the outcome of their exceptional reputation and trustworthiness.

We were looking for a second home in Pagosa Springs. Our primary residence is in Kansas. We were so fortunate to have Engel and Volkers make this dream a reality. Mike Heraty and staff have exceeded every expectation. Communication, attention to detail, quickly responsive to any question or need, honesty, and a well documented record of expertise and success have made this a very enjoyable, rather than a stressful process. We are so happy in our home, thanks to the awesome team of professionals at Engel And Volkers.
