While its long‑term aim is to offer practical, compassionate help whenever anyone needs to start anew, the first phase concentrates on early childhood. The Early Childhood Compass pilot delivers hands‑on assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, guiding them through those formative years with clear information, strong connections, and confidence.
